Upon reaching bedroom three you will see this room is furnished with a second double bed and also a chest of drawers, wardrobe and a dressing chair.
Moving down the house to the first floor, both bedrooms on this floor have the luxury of their own ensuites. Bedroom two is complete with two single beds, a built-in wardrobe and the ensuite with another walk-in shower and WC.
The master bedroom is, as you'd expect, another luxury space complete with a bay window, queen size double bed, dressing mirror and chair. Moving through the room you reach the walk-in dressing room and then on to the ample ensuite bathroom complete with bath, WC and walk-in shower.
The ground floor completes the inside space with bi-folding doors allowing the separate lounge and kitchen areas to open fully and seamlessly, joining the small courtyard to the rest of the house, which creates a fantastic open plan area in the warmer months.
The lounge is complimented by an ornate fireplace, flat screen TV, L-shaped sofa and additional armchair. Moving towards the kitchen you will notice the dining room complete with a large oak dining table and chairs for eight people. A short trip from here to the kitchen, you pass the downstairs WC and upon reaching the kitchen you will notice the space benefits from built-in top-of-the-range Miele appliances. This includes a dishwasher and washer dryer, and in addition there is a Bosch American-style fridge-freezer, microwave and coffee maker.
From here the property is accessed through the previously mentioned courtyard and then on to the rear of the property and the car parking spaces for two cars.
Please be advised I have recently installed a cctv camera (6.02.20) which faces away from the property at the rear this monitors the back door and court yard areas and takes into account some of the parking spaces too, the primary reason for this is to provide security when the property is unoccupied,
